The first proposal will enable reporters to communicate like teachers instead of entertainers.  Then we will be able to punish incompetent politicians just like children who brought home too many bad report cards in a row. But it will cost money for newspapers and other news media outlets to publish an annual voter’s guide/report card.  But the paperback books should be very profitable because the guides will enable voters to learn whenever they feel like reading and study whenever they feel like memorizing information (in less than thirty seconds).  A combination that could be very helpful for both children and adults with a reading problem.  The first proposal is called “The Invisible Hand of Democracy.”
